Which assets can I hold?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC), on the networks listed on our Supported Assets page.
Are digital assets risky?
Yes. Digital asset prices can rise and fall sharply, and you may get back less than you put in. Only deposit what you can afford to hold through volatility.
Who holds my digital assets?
Exprodus is a custodial platform. Deposited assets are held in platform-managed wallets and your balance is recorded in our ledger. Every deposit and withdrawal is reviewed by our team.
How much does Exprodus cost?
Receiving deposits is free. Withdrawals pay a network fee that depends on the asset and network — see the Fees page. The fee is always shown before you confirm.
Is anything on this site financial advice?
No. Our articles and tools are for education and information only.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact page to reach the team. We'll never ask for your password or for links from our emails.
How long do deposits and withdrawals take?
Both are reviewed by our team. Deposits are credited after the transaction is verified on the blockchain; withdrawals are sent after approval. You can follow the status of each request in your Activity page.
