Every transfer on a blockchain gets a unique identifier, called a transaction ID or transaction hash. Anyone can look it up on a block explorer to see the amount, the addresses involved and how many confirmations it has.
Where to find it
After you send crypto, your wallet or exchange shows the transaction ID in the transfer details, sometimes labelled TXID, hash or transaction hash.
Why we ask for it
When you submit a deposit in Exprodus, the transaction ID lets our team verify the transfer on the blockchain before crediting your balance. For withdrawals, we share the transaction ID with you once the funds are sent, so you can track it yourself.
